A reed diffuser is a lovely choice if you want continuous, low-maintenance fragrance filling a room day after day. This is the "always-on" scent Alora is built around, and it's what I'd start with for a bedroom, living room, or any space you spend a lot of time in.

A room spray is better for a burst of scent right before guests arrive, after the shower, or to freshen a smaller space like a bathroom or entryway.

I don't think of it as an either-or, though. I love using a diffuser as the steady layer in a room and a spray as the quick refresh on top, so the space always smells intentional.
