SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders totaling over $150 after any discounts are applied. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order has been shipped. 

Alora Ambiance orders are shipped via UPS Ground and take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Alora Ambiance products are considered hazardous goods, therefore air shipments are not possible. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO). If you order our fragrance samples ONLY, we can ship to PO, APO and FPO boxes because the samples are sent via US Mail.

The weight of our products - from the glass containers, liquid fragrance, and/or candle wax - greatly affects our shipping costs. As a small business, we negotiate for the best shipping rates and pass those savings on to our customers. Thank you for your support!

ORDER PROCESSING

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

All purchases made on www.aloraambiance.com pass through a secure server so your credit card information is protected.

All orders ship within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. We ship Monday - Thursday by 2pm CST. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We will notify you via email or telephone if there is any delay in shipment or if products are temporarily out of stock, 

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information from UPS.

AUTO-REPLENISH

Auto-replenish product purchases are automatically delivered on your chosen schedule. You will receive an email 3 days before your auto-replenish order ships, at which time you may edit your order. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Please note: promotional discounts cannot be applied to auto-replenish product purchases.

RETURN POLICY

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will send replacements or issue a credit. Please have your order number ready.

Returns for credit (minus shipping costs) are accepted within 15 days of purchase. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED ITEMS, NO EXCEPTION.

If you need to return merchandise, please call us at 800-895-6490 or email us at customerservice@aloraambiance.com and explain what items you would like to return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. The next step is to send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number and a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an Alora Ambiance error. Please do not send products back via US Mail as they do not ship hazardous materials.

GIFTING

If you are sending an Alora Ambiance product as a gift, you can check the “Is this a gift?” box at check out and enter a short message for the recipient. We will include the message on a card that will be shipped with your order.

SAMPLES

Individual Alora Ambiance spray vial samples can be purchased for $5 each. Sample vial kits including all of our Alora Ambiance fragrances can be purchased for $40.

SALES TAX

Alora Ambiance is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Minnesota.
