The Alora Story began over twenty years ago when my sister
Ann and I took a sabbatical from living on the cherished
family farm in Southern Minnesota and moved to Lake Como,
Italy. Our days were filled with new discoveries, culinary
delights and beautiful sights, which inspired our category-
creating reed diffuser and continues to influence many facets
of my life, from my personal style to gift giving and especially
my surroundings; showing up in my kitchen, garden, how I
entertain and the collection of Italian stamps in my passport!
