Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders totaling over $200 after any discounts are applied. All orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $10. Orders with only vial samples will ship for free. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order has been shipped. 

Alora Ambiance orders are shipped via UPS Ground and take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Alora Ambiance products are considered hazardous goods, therefore air shipments are not possible. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO). If you order our fragrance samples ONLY, we can ship to PO, APO and FPO boxes because the samples are sent via US Mail.
